For whatever reason I asked Loyal customer very disappointed with service. Have been getting my vehicle serviced at Varsity since purchased in 2015. For whatever reason I asked for my tires to be checked because I've been having to put air in my tire more often than not. I was advised that tires go low because of the weather. To make a long story short. Oil was changed and tire rotation December 29th after my usual oil service which I get quarterly. January 24th I have a flat tire. Tow driver shows me my tire that is very worn out from the inside with threads showing. Was told I very lucky that I didn't have a blow out while driving which could have injured someone or even myself. Think they may need to inspect these tires a little more closely. Less than 20k miles on 1k set of tires and have to turn right around and buy a new set. Seems kind of unacceptable but who am I ?Loyal Disappointed customer. More

I'm an Iowa citizen but I got to know about varsity Lincoln through KBB, and it turned out to be awesome! I've got to say there has to be a reason that they've been the no.1 Lincoln dealership in sales Lincoln through KBB, and it turned out to be awesome! I've got to say there has to be a reason that they've been the no.1 Lincoln dealership in sales for 20 years. Linda assisted me with online communication, and Kevin, oh man, he is professional, easy to talk with, and don't play those tricks. Horrible customer service from my assigned service consultant, Joe Perinelo! Long and unnecessary delays. My vehicle sat for 7 days! I finally called myself and got my claim opened and started for my consultant, Joe Perinelo! Long and unnecessary delays. My vehicle sat for 7 days! I finally called myself and got my claim opened and started for my tire warranty. 21 days to get my claim completed and the actual repair only took a day! Joe was horrible with following up, keeping promising and getting his part of the leg work completed so the repair could be approved and finished in a proper amount of time. I called the dealership several times and submitted an online inquiry with promises of a call from management which never happened. I was interested in purchasing a new car but this ordeal has me definitely second guessing Varsity Lincoln! More
