Both batteries of my Pacifica were dead. AAA was able to get it started, but told me that the batteries needed to be replaced. I contacted Vatland dealership and told him the situation. Even AAA was able to get it started, but told me that the batteries needed to be replaced. I contacted Vatland dealership and told him the situation. Even though it was late, they told me to come in and they would, try to replace the batteries. With rush-hour traffic, I was running late, but they waited for me and replaced both batteries. She found a service person to at least take a look and try to diagnose the problem. She periodically came out to tell us what he was finding, which was a stone or object that hit the AC causing all of the refrigerant to leak out.
