Great Buying Experience - Go Here First! We had a great experience at Velocity Auto Sales. Everyone we worked with was amazing. They were not there to put you through the ringer and pressure We had a great experience at Velocity Auto Sales. Everyone we worked with was amazing. They were not there to put you through the ringer and pressure you in any way. They let you manage the buying process. We went in to test drive a specific vehicle. They were quick to greet us, find out what we needed and then they practically ran out the door to grab it and serve us. We took it for a ride, found a few things we didn’t like. When we took it back they asked how it was. We let them know what we thought. They immediately had it in to the mechanics to take a look and determine what the problem was. While that was being done we had to ask them about other models and prices. After a while they came back and reported what they had found on the car we had drove and let us know that they would fix it. We ended up buying a different car from them, but were so impressed with the way they were there to serve us instead of throwing you a deal that was designed to take advantage of you. Financing was also a great experience. We asked them about the rate that the bank provided and instead of just telling us that’s the way it is, they called every contact they had and even waited on hold with them in order to get us a better rate. Velocity is a great dealer; I definitely would recommend anyone to buy from them. They specialize in lease returns and rental car sales. More

They are a no-haggle dealership, which is why they can offer the low prices they do. When I showed up at Velocity I already knew the exact cars I wanted to test drive. I was greeted immediately, I told the salesman the exact cars I wanted to drive, and we were out on test drives just like that. After we had decided on our vehicle we met with Cory in the finance department. I would recommend him to anyone. He got us the price, payment, and interest rate we were looking for. It made the process so easy and stress free. I will definitely be back, and recommend Velocity to everyone I know. More

Wonderful experience with Velocity Auto Sales! My husband and I had been looking for a new car for 6 months. He had done all his homework on which make and model he wanted. He chose the Mazda 3. My husband and I had been looking for a new car for 6 months. He had done all his homework on which make and model he wanted. He chose the Mazda 3. We then started looking on websites for the Mazda, all the options we wanted and price. We found a 2010 Mazda 3 with everything we wanted. I then started and inquiry on the car and gave the my info and within an hour I got a phone call from a sales man (Ty) and that he could answer all my questions. We went in on a Tuesday night to take a look at the car. We were informed that there was an issue with the steering and it needed to be fixed before anyone could drive it. I was told it would be the following Monday or Tuesday when the part was due in. I called Monday and was told the part hadn't come in yet. I called Tuesday and was told that they were given the wrong part. Velocity Auto Sales was very apologetic and said they would have the part overnighted and fixed ASAP. I got a call Wednesday afternoon that the Mazda had been fixed and asked when we could come in and see the car. Thursday we went to Velocity and got to test drive, look at and inspect the car. We loved it! There were a few tiny things that we noticed that needed to be fixed and they put that in the due sale.(The few things that needed to be fixed were done the following week.) We were then sent to Cory in financing (who was wonderful). He had told us that they had quite a few people interested in the Mazda. I felt a lot of respect when they gave us the first option of purchasing the car. Rather than tell people it was still available, they told them that they were "in line" if we didn't want the car. We didn't get any run around with the price. Cory showed us his computer screen and that nothing extra was being tacked on to raise the price of the car. He even helped keep my children entertained! All in all this is the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership! I would recommend them to everyone! More

After driving the car my friend had chosen the car, while inside with the finance supervisor was equally friendly and professional.
