**** DO NOT RECOMMEND **** ******* BUYER BEWARE ****** WORST DEALERSHIP ~ STAY AWAY!!!! DON'T BUY HERE... YOU WILL BE SORRY. You spend your hard money somewhere else, anywhere else but here!!! ****** WORST DEALERSHIP ~ STAY AWAY!!!! DON'T BUY HERE... YOU WILL BE SORRY. You spend your hard money somewhere else, anywhere else but here!!! They are ALL ABOUT the MONEY, will make promises and not stand behind them, get it in writing. Nick got me the car of my dreams. But Asst. Service Manager, Nicole Eaton is the worst. She denied me service as she intimidates easily and didn't like my dominance! Turned me away on my 5,000 service because I called out their B.S. on site. To be denied a service that I paid extra for as everything is about the $$$$ ALL LIES...LIES...LIES.... Gettle Toyota is far superior, 🏆 nicer showroom and staff all around. Go where you're appreciated!! Oh yeah, and without saying a word when I dropped it off for service they told me, "I can see you have 5 free oil changes".... hhmmmm how did they know that 🤔 oh yeah, by pulling up my file and seeing it listed right there! I know what I was sold. More

I drove a 1 1/2 to look at a 2023 HighLander Limited Hybrid. I was told by my sales person it was like new 1 owner it was almost perfect. After driving a 1 1/2 the car was a big disappointment. Toyota c Hybrid. I was told by my sales person it was like new 1 owner it was almost perfect. After driving a 1 1/2 the car was a big disappointment. Toyota corp would be beyond upset that Toyota of Venice for certifying this HighLander. It had hit something the passenger side front had several stress crack around the turn signal and a in pack mark on it, The bottom of the front spoiler was broken and separated. The drivers door had a big ding. The rear bumper protection pad was ripped. Front window had 2 cracks. Then to top it all off the vehicle was smoked in!!! I'm sure I missed other things but really what happened with this dealership? do they think they have a stupid customer base? Or just simply don't care about Toyota's reputation? How can you sell this to anyone? I've bought several Toyota's but will never buy from Toyota of Venice. More
WARNING Buyer beware I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within about 17 hours of purchase discovered serious issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. After bringing the car h this dealership and within about 17 hours of purchase discovered serious issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. After bringing the car home I found what appeared to be dried blood and other signs of possible biological contamination inside the vehicle. This was extremely concerning especially as I have two children who would be riding in the car and I am not comfortable exposing them to something like that. After further review I discovered the vehicle had been involved in multiple accidents (three reported) and appears to have been completely repainted none of which was disclosed during the sales process. The car also makes noticeable noise at higher speeds which raises additional concerns about its condition. During the sales process I was told multiple times that if I did not like the vehicle I could return it or exchange it. When I returned about 17 hours after purchase to address these issues and requested to unwind the deal the general manager stated this is not Walmart you cannot do either of those things which directly contradicted what was told during the sale. This created a clear mismatch between what was promised during the sales process and what was actually honored afterward. The dealership’s sales approach felt inconsistent and misleading based on my experience as expectations set during the purchase were not reflected when I attempted to resolve issues shortly after delivery. I also have a credit score over 750 yet I was placed into a loan at around 9 percent interest. Based on my credit profile this rate seemed unusually high and was not clearly explained which raises concerns about how financing was handled. When I returned to the dealership I spoke with the general manager who I believe is named Brian. He was visibly upset and came across as condescending. When I raised concerns about the dried blood in the vehicle he asked if I was a pathologist. He misspoke and clearly meant hematologist. He then told me my only options were that they could wipe it with a wet towel or I could leave stating the door is over there. That response was completely unacceptable given the situation. Biological contamination is not something that can be addressed with a basic wipe down. Situations involving bodily fluids require proper remediation beyond standard detailing and it did not appear that level of care had been taken. The dealership promotes a certification process but based on my experience it did not reflect the actual condition or history of the vehicle. I also felt pressured during the sale and was not given full transparency. We have requested to unwind this deal and resolve the situation directly. If this is not addressed appropriately we are prepared to escalate the matter further including filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. In the meantime I will be sharing my experience to help inform other potential buyers. More
Very disappointed with overall customer service. I made an 1:00 appointment for an oil change and it wasn’t completed until after 4:30. Also, I had questions about services provided and the custo I made an 1:00 appointment for an oil change and it wasn’t completed until after 4:30. Also, I had questions about services provided and the customer representative made me feel that they didn’t have time to address my questions. My previous appointments have been very good. This encounter was very disappointing. To a degree I question my continued patronage at your location. More
