Aaron in Service was friendly, courteous and explained the work need clearly for me and even explained to my husband over the phone. The dealership provided me a rental car for the day while my water pump the work need clearly for me and even explained to my husband over the phone. The dealership provided me a rental car for the day while my water pump was replaced; this was greatly appreciated. While waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, it would be nice if you all provided either donuts or small snacks (such as granola bars) for clients. Coffee is fine but not all of us drink coffee. We have one disappointment from Venice Toyota. We lived in Fort Walton Beach, FL for 18 years; both the Toyota and Nissan dealerships provided a free car wash and vacuuming each time your vehicle was serviced. Especially would've been appreciated after spending over $1,000 for service. More
