I bought a 2021 Sierra 2500 AT4. The vehicle front seats were replaced due to workmanship of the leather. The replacement seats are far WORSE than the original seats. This work was done at Vera with GMC ori were replaced due to workmanship of the leather. The replacement seats are far WORSE than the original seats. This work was done at Vera with GMC original parts. The service dept at Vera that changed the seats must have not read the ticket or really didn’t care to fix the original issue or the technician is blind. The second set of seats look horrible! I have called the dealer several times and I am getting nowhere towards this resolution. I have called GMC corporate and opened a case with them for this issue. Will someone call me and resolve this issue PLEASE! After being a loyal Vera and GMC client for many years….it ends with this last vehicle. More
