Michael Crato was my service consultant and from day 1 when he checked my 2020 GMC terrain in for the electrical issues with I received over at Vera. Michael Crato was my service consultant and from day 1 when he checked my 2020 GMC terrain in for the electrical issues with the radio he kept me informed and up to date as to what the issues where and what the service technician was doing to my vehicle. He extended my courtesy rental that Vera provided up until the vehicle was 100% completed. Michael contacted me every single day at approximately the same time to give me updates. I knew from that moment that my vehicle was in good hands and I had absolutely nothing to worry about.
