Horrible experience and now that the car is out of warranty according to them they didn't honor the final service appointment. They had a huge back and forth. The tried to charge for the courtesy oil warranty according to them they didn't honor the final service appointment. They had a huge back and forth. The tried to charge for the courtesy oil change that they offered me when I bought the car out and lastly after it went I. For service the car came back with the tires low on air. And based on the situation they didn't even touch the car. Horrible experience. Hopefully this doesn't happen to future customers and I will not be recommending or returning to GMC as a brand if this is the type of dealers they work with and specifically this dealer is not recommendable More

Very basic. I came in for an oil change and that's all I got. The a/c was running warm because I needed Freon, they didn't let me know.
