I went there and was told to make an appointment to get a loaner car. While I was there the service writer saw the issue with my XT6 and compared it to another XT6. Mr. Rubio was very accommodating with my hectic schedule. He and his assistant, Nick met me when I brought my car in. They listened to the noise the car was making and told me they had a good idea what the problem was. I was taken to the car rental office and rented a car. Vera is very busy and I expected to be in a rental car for several days. The next day, Mr. Rubio called to say my car was ready. They brought my car out, cleaned inside and out. Mr. Rubio told me Vera would pay for the repair and the rental car. Kudos to Vera on my service experience...and my car runs perfectly. More
