Gustavo is a true professional and as Director of service department display all the aspects of what a customer/Dealership relationship should be. Gustavo always listen to the issue and offer his advice and department display all the aspects of what a customer/Dealership relationship should be. Gustavo always listen to the issue and offer his advice and assistance where and whenever possible. He has helped me in numerous situations and especially this past Saturday when I had my car serviced and needed it done on a specific time frame. Gustavo jumped in and personally helped to expedite the situation. Thanks Gustavo and because of you, Vera Cadillac will always have mine and all my relatives business. Thanks again More

They are not recommended at all. In October 2021, I purchased a new car here, which has presented different manufacturing issues, so I’m going for the Lemon Law. Since GM informe In October 2021, I purchased a new car here, which has presented different manufacturing issues, so I’m going for the Lemon Law. Since GM informed them regarding the application for the Lemon Law, any time I have tried to contact the general manager to talk about the situation with my car, their recent refusal to fix its transmission, and the disrespectful attitude from the chief of the service, Gustavo. The general manager is never abatible and has never given me a call, which is what they offer when you try to meet him. So please get away from VERA(very) lousy dealer. More

Excellent place, very friendly staff, the only reason I gave it a 4stars is because my car was at the body shop for several weeks to repair the back door , the body work and the paint was very good the col gave it a 4stars is because my car was at the body shop for several weeks to repair the back door , the body work and the paint was very good the color was matched to perfection but they did not polish it and I had to return again to get it done. When I returned it was done fast and job well done. More
