I took my 2018 escalate platinum in for repairs on 8/8/24 after an accident. I was told it was done and ready to pick up after two weeks. When I went to pick it up there were things still visible to me that after an accident. I was told it was done and ready to pick up after two weeks. When I went to pick it up there were things still visible to me that were not repaired. It was taken back to have a clip put in that weas not replaced leaving the finder sticking out. Other items that needed repair they said I would need to take to the service department. I don't know why when I took my truck somewhere to be fix they would just not fix everything????? Still unclear as to why "I" had to drive it across the parking lot? Took it to the service department and was told there was some issue with some sensors and it need to go back to the collision department. It has now been there for over two more weeks and nothing has been done. It is now 9/17/24, I still do not have my truck back and don't know when I'm expected to get it back. More
