During service they no longer do an actual inspection and call you with anything else that needs attention. Just tell you to pick up car. So God forbid car has any issues, you won’t know! They just give the standard “at this mileage do this” smh that was already done. Tell me what car actually needs! I’ve owned multiple Cadillacs and have always complained about their service department, unfortunately they have only gotten worse over the last 15 years. This is why I avoid going to them for service if I can. When will they fix their service? Such a shame, I’m never happy leaving their service department. More
