Comfortable place to do business. I recently purchased a fairly inexpensive used car for my daughter at Vern Eide, and I can't imagine that they could have treated me any better if I w I recently purchased a fairly inexpensive used car for my daughter at Vern Eide, and I can't imagine that they could have treated me any better if I was buying a $60k vehicle. Charlie was up front with me from the start which made me very confident that the vehicle I was buying was going to be in the best condition possible before driving it off of the lot. Our salesman, Mack was very knowledgeable, and very enjoyable to be around. He was eager to step in and answer questions, and also willing to step back as we discussed options within the family. If he didn't have answers, he got them quickly. Thank you Charlie and Mack for making this one of very few times I didn't walk away from a car buying experience feeling nauseous! I will definitely be back and would recommend Vern Eide to friends and family. More

Top Notch I worked with Nate over the phone for sometime and was always patient and no pressure sales. I needed out of a lease because of changes in my life and was told by a more of a local dealership for me, it wasn't possible and just suck it up, basically. Nate was like, hey come over and see what we can do, I'm sure we can do something for you. Nate was busy with another customer when we got there so the manager Cory took excellent care of us and showed up our options which were beyond what I thought I could ever do, and was excellent in explaining everything to us and giving us ALL of our options and why it would be in our best interest. Their service department is AMAZING also as we used them previously because the "Local", to us didn't want to deal with us. I will be back!!! I have NEVER in my 30 years of buying cars had such a wonderful experience, like this before. There was no back and forth, back and forth to get the price where I needed it...TOTALLY TOP NOTCH!!!
