Everyone of my numerous questions were answered truthfully and with a great deal of patience (and humor). He sent additional photos and even videos of the car. Mac sometimes needed to call me in the evenings from his home because I was hard to get a hold of during the day. He was always professional. The finance person was able to beat my local bank's interest rate. I highly recommend Vern Eide of Mitchell, their finance staff, and especially Mac Miiller.
