After doing research on the web about the new 2015 F150, I put together the truck I wanted and made a call to Vern Eide. Brad Olson took my call, listened and asked questions, and went to work to find my truck. He arranged for the dealer trade, took care of installing my options on the truck, and put me in touch with Billy Hamilton who set up all the financing. Both of them were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and did EVERYTHING right during the entire process....including giving me a fair value for my trade. I live on the East Coast and negotiated first by email and then phone with Brad Olson, who was more than prompt, always helpful, good-humored and respectful of the pace at which I wanted to proceed. I flew to South Dakota to close the deal and drive the truck back East. The truck and more importantly the deal terms struck by phone were all as I expected. Selection and price were the reasons to travel so far. Brad and the dealership could not have been more principled in the conducting of their business. The sour cream and raisin pie at Fanny Horton's and dinner at Chef Louie's, recommended both by Brad and the nice lady at the Corn Palace Gift Shop, tipped the scales to the next vehicle coming from Vern Eide.
