Honda trade/purchase While traveling in Arizona, I searched the internet for a used Honda Ridgeline & inquired about one I saw at Vern Eide - Mitchell website. Lester Neug While traveling in Arizona, I searched the internet for a used Honda Ridgeline & inquired about one I saw at Vern Eide - Mitchell website. Lester Neugebauer contacted me to see if I was interested & invited me to come to the dealership to see it. I told him I was in Arizona visiting but actually lived in Aberdeen. I told him I would be flying into Sioux Falls the next Saturday evening at 9:45 P.M. then driving back to Aberdeen. He urged me to drive through Mitchell & take a look, he would be happy to meet me as he lived close to the dealership. My wife & I met Les at the dealership & test drove the Honda Ridgeline at 11:00 P.M. on our way home. Les offered to stop in Aberdeen the next day to take a closer look at our potential trade-in vehicle. He was delivering a new pickup to a customer near Aberdeen. I met him Sunday, he took pictures of our vehicle & contacted me on Monday with an offer. After a short negotiation, we made the deal & I drove our trade-in to their dealership & pick up our new (used) vehicle. Ben Sevigny handled the paperwork & made the experience go very well. Aware that we were driving 300 miles to pick up my truck he made sure everything was in order when I arrived at the dealership so we could get in and out with no issues.
