From the first phone call we knew we had a great dealership to work with. We initially called, after business hours without realizing, and Dan Heidinger the sales manager sat on the phone with my wi dealership to work with. He didnt balk at the fact that we were calling from NY, 1400 miles away. He put us in touch with Billy Hamilton the next day to begin the process. Billy answered every question we had and was very attentive to our needs. After about a week of conversations we negotiated a great deal on a beautiful brand new 2014 Ford Expedition Limited. There price could not be touched by anyone local. We tried and nobody could come within $6,000.00 thats right $6,000.00 of the deal. I flew out there and was greeted by their courtesy driver Marv. He drove me an hour from the airport to the dealership and even stopped to show me the famous, corn palace! Upon my arrival Billy was right there ready to get to work and Dan and Charlie came out to greet me. After all the paperwork was done I was on my way. This was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. When I left i felt good about my purchase and how I was treated. I would not hesitate to look to them for future purchases even from 1400 miles away. I have already had friends ask why I drove out there to buy a car and I told them, its simple. There Prices cannot be beat! More

My husband and I were were traveling across the country from Le Mars, Iowa (where he had completed a job) to Bend, Oregon (our home). Our diesel truck was giving us serious troubles, when we were fortunat from Le Mars, Iowa (where he had completed a job) to Bend, Oregon (our home). Our diesel truck was giving us serious troubles, when we were fortunate enough to break down in Mitchell, SD. We were given this dealership's name from the hotel, and from there we were taken care of. Brian in Service arranged towing, and while the truck was being looked at, we decided to take a walk in the lot and look at new trucks. We were greeted by Jordan, who was super friendly. He and Brad took us out on a couple test drives, ran numbers, etc, and sold us a new truck!!! Mike in Service ran a forklift to move all of the tools we had in the back of the old truck to the new one. Ben in Financing was a lot of fun too. All in all, I really enjoyed the whole experience. Everyone was so friendly, polite, helpful, and very appreciative. Lots of details were taken care of for us. I would definitely recommend making a big purchase like ours with this dealership!!!!!
