I was dealing with Les on a Lincoln Navigator that I had seen on Auto Trader. I spoke with him on Monday and told him that we were going to be there on Sat to get it. I also told him that if he needed a d seen on Auto Trader. I spoke with him on Monday and told him that we were going to be there on Sat to get it. I also told him that if he needed a down payment I would send it to him the next day so that it wouldn't be sold out from under me. He said not necessary. I also filled out a loan app. that was approved. I was in contact with him on tues and wed. and everything was fine. Then he called me on Thursday evening and told me that the navigator had been sold on Wed. I would just like to know how it could be sold when I said I was buying it???? As far as I am concerned I would NEVER do business there or recommend this to anyone!!!! More

I spent days calling dealers in a 100 mile radius looking for the best price and every dealership would give me the run-around. I was looking to trade in a vehicle and was amazed at the thousands of dollars difference the dealers were willing to give me. Tyler was upfront and very professional throughout our entire conversations which lasted a couple weeks. Tyler never once became that "pushy" car salesman and wanted to get me in a truck that I would love. I live in the Sioux Falls area so the ease of leasing a vehicle in Sioux Falls appealed to me alot but theTyler to personally deliver the truck to my house! The reason I leased a 2013 Edge from Les is he had been trying to find a vehicle for us for the past few months and he called one day and said that there was a great deal on leasing a new Edge right now. From the time my boyfriend and I walked into Vern Eide all the way to walking out with my new keys in my hand every employee went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I found my car on their web site and sent an email with some questions around 9pm, I got a response first thing the next morning. I started working with Bob over the phone and set up a time to meet him on Saturday, he ended up getting sick and kept my appointment but had Cory A. take over for him. Cory A. was very patience and answered all of our questions and if he was unsure of something he found out for sure and never left us hanging. Cory A. sat with us and talked with us until Cory M, was ready for us in financing. Cory M. was also very patience and walked threw all the financing steps in a pace that was at our level and made sure we completely understood every aspect of my loan. He was also answered all of our questions in terms that we understood. When we were done with Cory M., Cory A. was waiting for us to make sure we had no further questions and we were comfortable with everything. Every one was very friendly and more then willing to help.
