All of the sales staff was very friendly. Sometimes the negotiating involved with buying a new vehicle can be a bit stressful. We had done allot of research before dealing with Vern Eide Ford but they diid negotiating involved with buying a new vehicle can be a bit stressful. We had done allot of research before dealing with Vern Eide Ford but they diid help educate us more regarding the incentives that Ford had available. We did not buy on our first visit but went home and did more research. We found another Midwest dealer that had a bigger discount but we preferred to buy locally and these guys matched the offer, In the end the buying experience was fun. The young parts guy we worked with was really nice. Sorry but I don't remember his name. Typically, the add on items can be a big profit center for new car sales but this kid was not pushy at all and was very helpful. We worked with a number of on-line dealers prior to making this purchase. We would not go back to most of those dealers due to difficulty working with them but I would not have any issues going back to Vern Eide Ford. In the end this was actually a fun experience working with them and I would go back to them. More
