Bryan made sure to have another finance person work with me and might I say a world of difference Martin was as awesome as Bryan. The GM Dan caught me as I was leaving asking how my experience was. I let him know that everything was positive and that I was happy other then my couple of issues with Miguel. Dan was very receptive to my concerns and thanked me for the honest feedback and provided me his contact information should I need anything else. Each person apologized for Miguel’s actions other than himself. I understand why each person did but it wasn’t their apology to give. After dealing with 3 other dealers that quoted a price and it changed when I got there, Vernon Auto Group kept their word and stayed loyal to the price quoted. I ended up buying 4 trucks.
