Nick far exceeded what I expected as well as the finance department had everything ready for me and that process was very simple too. I highly recommend Vernon Auto group, they were great to deal with! I got a 2017 Chevy Trax and I love it, especially the price and the gas mileage. They had the car prepped and ready to go, even with a full tank of gas which is almost unheard of when purchasing a car. More

Once there, however, things were very smooth and the finance officers were very helpful and eager to move things at a pace we were happy with. We would definitely recommend calling ahead so that they can get some of the paperwork rolling to help with the wait. Other that that we would recommend this dealer as they were very friendly and the prices seemed very fair. More

Amazing Service!!! I bought a used Audi from the dealership "as is". I drove it for a day and parked it in the garage for the night. The next morning there were fluids I bought a used Audi from the dealership "as is". I drove it for a day and parked it in the garage for the night. The next morning there were fluids running into the driveway and all over the garage floor. I called the dealership expecting to be told I bought the car "as is", which I did, and got a great price. Instead, my salesman Rodney told me not to worry that he would find a solution and call me back. The Vernon Auto team sent a truck to my house to pick up the car so we wouldn't have to start it and possibly cause more damage. I followed them to the dealership where they already had a lift ready for the car and three mechanics worked to figure out the problem. I turned out to be a simple heater hose fix and I drove the car home that day. They had no idea it was a simple fix or whether it could have been a major problem but they immediately, without hesitation, picked it up and fixed it. I knew they had a reputation for great customer service on new vehicles, but I am amazed at their level of care in purchasing a used vehicle. More
