Awesome Experience! My wife and I have purchased several vehicles throughout our marriage, but never before online. I originally emailed Vernon about a vehicle we'd seen My wife and I have purchased several vehicles throughout our marriage, but never before online. I originally emailed Vernon about a vehicle we'd seen online and were interested in, requesting more info. Within that same day I received a call from Nick at Vernon, he filled me in on some details about the vehicle and how exactly they do business there. I explained to him that we lived about 10hrs from Vernon and we had never purchased a vehicle online before, always at a local dealer. He informed my wife and I that we had several options as how to actually obtain the vehicle should we choose to purchase. He was polite, very informative and answered every question we asked (even some off the wall/dumb questions). Almost seemed to good to be true if you know what I mean. I told him let us discuss it and I'd get back to him. Over the next 2 maybe 3 days that we were deciding, he called to see if we had any further questions and the last call he informed us they had many inquiries about this particular vehicle we were interested in purchasing. I/we figured it was typical salesman gimmick. The price was already better than anything I could find local and online ( I tend to over research sometimes! ) Anyway during that last call I informed him that I'd let him know the next day, and I did. Unfortunately we had a family emergency that unexpectedly arose and needed to attend too. Well 2 days passed, we took care of our family matter and I emailed him late that evening after they had closed & told him we wanted the vehicle. Well first thing the next morning he called and informed us the vehicle we had inquired about had sold. They had one other vehicle w/the exact options just different color but unfortunately without the GM discount that the other vehicle had. I told him that if by chance the other vehicle ever got the GM red tag discount like we previously were interested to let us know. I honestly never expected to hear from him again. Well about a week later he called and informed us that GM had put the red tag sale on that vehicle as well, but they again had several people interested. I said let me make a quick call to the wife and I'd call him right back. So after a quick call to the wife I called him to say we'd take it, this was on a Monday, mid afternoon. Filled out a quick finance app and he called back and asked when we wanted it. The interest rates were right on par w/those of my local bank so we said lets finalize th this before it gets away. Being Tuesday now, the week of Christmas I was expecting it to be after the holidays before they could deliver. Well boy was I wrong, he had the vehicle transported via truck & trainer to our house ( again we are 10hrs. from Vernon) within 24hrs. of us making the deal. I couldn't justify making that 10hr drive myself for what they agreed to deliver it for. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I doubt we could ever do business any where else after the service we received. Everyone at Vernon was great to business with, from the salesman, to the finance guy, to the gentleman that delivered our vehicle. We were nervous about buying online, sight unseen (minis pictures) but I'm sure glad Nick reassured us, that if the vehicle arrived and didn't meet our expectations or the descriptions given we were not obligated at all to purchase.
