Great experience while purchasing a vehicle My wife and I decided to purchase a GMC Acadia Denali on a Saturday, I called Vernon and talked to Brandon...within an hour he had me a trade in value My wife and I decided to purchase a GMC Acadia Denali on a Saturday, I called Vernon and talked to Brandon...within an hour he had me a trade in value which was more then most dealers would offer. After we got the offer I put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle, we did the paperwork Monday and the vehicle was delivered by Tuesday afternoon. This might not seem like much of a big deal but we live around 400 miles from the dealership. Brandon was very helpful. More

My salesman (Lesley Willie) was very pleasant to work with and got me a great deal on both my new vehicle, along with my trade. This may sound petty but the reason I did not give this dealership 5 stars for my overall experience is they sent me off in my new vehicle with an empty tank of gas. I drove 6 hours roundtrip to purchase a vehicle from them and I would've thought they could have at least gave me a tank of gas. All of the personnel I dealt with were very nice and polite. More
