I wanted to deal with them and they responded promptly with counter offers when I made reasonable requests. I don't do this often and I thought it was fun. Tyler is very personable, Alan is very sincere and Ashley is in the right place. She is bright and thorough. I think I bought more extras than I should, and that kind of bugs me. I am not certain they were needed. A new concept of sales to me, but it wasn't bad. More
