My husband and I had been looking to buy a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a while now. We contacted several dealerships in our area, and seemed to always get a run around. We had a hard time getting them to give us a fair, firm offer. Hours on end we jumped through hoops, and still never felt like we were getting a good deal. Tired and discouraged we went home and back to searching for "our" jeep online. We came across the Vernon Auto Group with what we felt was a "perfect" match for us. We sent a question with the chat button, got confirmation within a minute or so. I asked to speak to a salesman and to our amazement, we received a call from Chase Maldonado within a couple of minutes. I spoke with him, asked questions, and exchanged information. When all was said and done, this very professional young man collected all the information we had requested, called us back and a deal was made! We jumped in our vehicle for the 200+ mile drive to Vernon Texas. We arrived and Chase had taken care of every small detail of the vehicle, and greeted us with a big smile and handshake. Paperwork completed, no haggling, and we felt we were treated like family. Thanks to Chase, we traveled a long way, but felt like it was the best vehicle buying experience we ever had. Buying my new truck was the simplest vehicle transaction I have ever had. I live 1100 miles from Vernon. In one week's time, I called and talked to Kim about a truck I was interested in, got all the paper I have ever had. I live 1100 miles from Vernon. My husband spoke with the salesman about what he thought he wanted and what we were trading in. A great price was given for the trade. Asked when I wanted to sign the papers and had everything ready when I got there to sign. Had a few issues, but that was on my part. I was given complete instructions on how to use everything and took off with my new Ram. Within less than 24 hours, I was in my new truck!
