The overall experience was good and the buying process was fairly easy. Not having to bargain and negotiate the purchase price was worth the drive from Amarillo to Vernon although I thought the purchase was fairly easy. I was also surprised that the GMC showroom / dealership has not been updated to the new GM Facility standards especially with the quantity of cars on the lot. The large selection of trucks was impressive. Adrian was easy to work with and answered nearly all my questions with the different trucks I looked at.The service after the sale has been so far very good. I will recommend Vernon Auto Group to my family and friends. More

Just purchased a 2013 Ram 3500 at Vernon Auto Group. From the first email from Chase to driving away in my new truck Chase worked extremely hard to resolve any and all issues that arose. Every once in a while an extraordinary vehicle buying experience comes along and mine came today. About 7 weeks ago I ordered a new 2014 GMC Sierra Z71 4X4. It arrived in Vernon while we were on vacation last week and Terry Rutherford took good care of me, even redirecting other prospective buyers away from my new “toy” until I could make the trip from Dallas to Vernon to pick it up. Once I arrived on site this morning, I found that Terry had already started the process of getting the new truck cleaned up and detailed and ready for me to take possession of. While the folks in the shop worked to prepare the truck, Terry worked me through the trade in/purchasing process, even to the point of smiling through computer issues. My trade-in value exceeded my expectations and the purchase price of the new truck was what I thought to be an exceptional value. All said and done, I drove off in a new truck with payments that were considerably less than what I have been paying for the last 4 years. I know that not every sale will result in lower payments, but Terry and Chris both did a great job and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. My hat goes off to all involved. More

I would like to share a recent truck purchase I had with Vernon Auto Group. The whole experience was exemplary and pleasurable. I have never had such an easy purchase as the one I just had. As I reside in Midland Texas, I was hesitant to drive 4 hours for a purchase with numerous Ford dealerships in close proximity. I am glad I made the drive and would do it again. First, the salesman, Dane Townsen, and the rest of the staff were dressed casually which made me feel comfortable as I was wearing shorts. I have purchased numerous new vehicles in the past, I expected to meet a salesman that was dressed with a coat, white shirt, and tie, (100 degrees outside) I did not have the salesman running to the ‘tower’ or ‘sales manager every ten minutes, (all in an effort to wear down the customer on price) did not experience the ‘4 square’ tactic by salesman either. The entire process took around a 1 ½ hours, of which, I had lunch most of that time. Dane shared with me the features of the new truck and Kay Lynn was nothing short of professional. As for the Ford F350 purchased, it’s in the same category as the dealership I purchased the vehicle from, all I can say is ‘WOW’! More
