I bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Vernon Auto in Vernon Texas in May of this year. I had a very specific list of options I wanted and Vernon had one that I wanted. We swapped at least 100 emails and also conversed on the phone a few times. When I was convinced that JR and Vernon was a place I wanted to do business I went to the dealership to seal a deal. I was greeted at the door and asked who I had come to see and then taken to meet JR. He took the wife and I to see the Grand Cherokee and explained all the features and options very well. We took the Jeep for a drive and were sold. We went back to the dealership and settled on price and since I had already submitted a credit report we were taken to the finance department where we met Ashley Hernandez. She was very well versed on the finance end of things and took care of us both with professionalism and courtesy. I actually ebded up buying two trucks within 30 days from him. He arranged to have the vehicles delivered to my home and the whole process was easy, painless and pressure free. Prior to delivery he had a spray-in bedliner done on my F150. They were trustworthy, honest and I would call them "good small town friendly folks" with a great selection of trucks. More
