Vicksburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Not friendly at all I had to drive my van over to Vicksburg for then to take three pictures of the hood to send into Chrysler. I walked into the service department and NO I had to drive my van over to Vicksburg for then to take three pictures of the hood to send into Chrysler. I walked into the service department and NO one greeted me, finally a guy looked at me and I said I brought my van in for the service guy and the manger to look at it. I have no clue who took the pictures and he was the only one that looked at it. What happen to the manger and service guy to check it out. I bet they said only 25 words to me. They said they will send the pictures into to Chrysler and see what the say. They ask for my name and phone number. I have never been treated like this before at the dealership. This all started back in August and the service person at the time told me it would be taken care plus I would have car to drive while the van was being fixed. I felt very unwelled. I was very mad because I drove 45 minutes to have 3 pictures talked and to be treated like I was a bother to them. Piggy More

When we finally made a decision, she even stayed late to make sure I could drive home THAT DAY with our new-to-us car! She even made sure we came back to get it detailed, since it didn't get a chance to get done before we drove it off the lot. They were very diligent and thorough in finding answers to our many questions and requests. Not only did the Chrysler Hybrid Plug-in answer our bicycle transport needs it is also an environmentally friendly. The all electric range of over 30 miles is also a convince, to and from local activities without the need to stop somewhere and gas up. The hybrid Pacifica is not a vehicle Vicksburg normally deals with but nevertheless they stepped up to the plate and brought one in from a distant dealer (a special effort on their part). Working with the people at Vicksburg was like being treated as part of the family. Nice! Interfacing with Bylinda was especially pleasant and friendly. She went out of her way to followup on details, questions and requests. More
