Would give negative rating for customer service if I could. No concern for customer needs, poor attention to detail and blatant lying. Was told our car would be taken care of within week when we had it could. No concern for customer needs, poor attention to detail and blatant lying. Was told our car would be taken care of within week when we had it towed for maintenance issue. The next day was informed they couldn't even look at our car for two more weeks and have no loaners available. Spoke with two "leaders" - neither of which cared to actual help find a workable solution and told me that my experience "did not matter". Looking at other reviews on the service provided, will eagerly pay out of pocket to have car serviced elsewhere. Should have done more research in advance but think we dodged a bullet getting our car out of here ASAP. More
