OMG, one of the worst car experiences ever. What a waste of time! And the Tesla that I drove, shook and had a rattle. And they didn’t even have it charged even though they knew I wanted to buy it that day. my mother just bought a car from here. She was unsatisfied with the car, because of one 'feature'. she called them to see what resolution could be reached since the sales person failed to She was unsatisfied with the car, because of one 'feature'. she called them to see what resolution could be reached since the sales person failed to mention it. they gave her an estimate for other places that was 300$ more than my local Chevy dealership. which also is able to resolve moms issue. amazing they didn't get any revenue from the sake but are willing to do more. she wasn't looking for a free 'upgrade', just to meet somewhere in the middle. Guess that shows the difference, she can admit she was partially at fault for not asking specifically. the dealer... nothing yet. More
The absolute worse experience ever dealing with any dealership in my life. They actually deserve zero stars! Anywhere from their poor communication skills to the feeling of being harassed while I'm at dealership in my life. They actually deserve zero stars! Anywhere from their poor communication skills to the feeling of being harassed while I'm at work, to the fact that after all that was said and done, we decided to pay for my car with a cashier's check, only to be told last minute that they wouldn't release my car to me until it cleared their bank. In all of the emails/text messages not one time was that ever mentioned. We drove a little over an hour where they are located with our trade in, and just when it was time to give me the keys so we could be on our way, THAT'S when they inform us about it having to be cleared first. That's when we had to contact our bank and get it cleared for a debit purchase instead. Mind you, this was on a Friday evening around 4:30 with the following day being a holiday so the banks were closed! I will never ever recommend this dearlship to anyone, ever! More
Unfortunately we join the ranks of all the other bad reviews. We purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 with just under 70,000 miles on May 24th, 2023. Just 3 months later the check engine light came on and we reviews. We purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 with just under 70,000 miles on May 24th, 2023. Just 3 months later the check engine light came on and we found out that the truck has a bad transmission. A rebuilt transmission will cost us about $7000. We called the dealership to see if they could help us out at all and they quoted us $8000 + tax for a rebuilt transmission so clearly they were not interested in helping us out with the repair. Like all the other bad reviews that we ignored, don't buy from them. More

Once you get out the door, they are not going to return calls. Also the useless $600+ add on service they sell is just that.
