3rd car we've purchased from Jeff. He's a great salesman. He made us feel comfortable and is a no pressure salesman. We felt we received a fair price on our trade-ins. Overall, my experience on 1/12/2026 was great. I was skeptical as when I called to make the appointment, I was hung up on, and then when I called back no one answered. I did finally get someone wh I was skeptical as when I called to make the appointment, I was hung up on, and then when I called back no one answered. I did finally get someone who took a message for Service to call me back and make the appointment. My advisor was Mike, and he made sure to connect me with the shop supervisor to go over the noise issue I was having. I wanted to be sure they heard the noise as it was ultimately covered under warranty. The shuttle service is greatly appreciated and the driver was very kind and helpful. I think everything was done accurately. More

The service was great, but when I called it took forever to get an actual person to answer. Previously a person would answer and ask how may I direct your call.
