I was given incorrect paperwork when I left the service department. I didn't discover this until I got home. Called back and talked to a rep in the office, maybe Curtis, but I am not sure. I haven’t yet responded to your requests because my problem has not been resolved. Appointment 1 was a diagnostic and told a part would be ordered. Appointment 2 was to install said part which didn’t r problem has not been resolved. Appointment 1 was a diagnostic and told a part would be ordered. Appointment 2 was to install said part which didn’t resolve my problem. Appointment 3 was to leave my car (I was given a loaner) 6 days ago so the service tech could find out what was wrong. Of course, a part had to be ordered. Not sure if the part is in yet because I’ve heard nothing more from my advisor. I’m grateful for the loaner but I’d appreciate a follow-up call. I marked “yes” on recommending the service center only because they gave me a loaner. It shouldn’t take days to receive and install a part. More
