I left Suburban Honda because I felt they were not very friendly and they would not explain anything to me in detail. Mark was extremely nice. He showed me every detail of the car and asked me several time friendly and they would not explain anything to me in detail. Mark was extremely nice. He showed me every detail of the car and asked me several times if I had any questions. He showed me how to set up my phone with the navigation system. When I mentioned I wasn't a fan of the pinstripe on the car I wanted, he offered to remove it for me. He also explained how much my trade in would be worth and why. I felt like I was dealing with very friendly and honest people. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mark to any of my friends or family looking to buy a Honda. :) More
I responded to a letter inviting us to consider upgrading our lease arrangements on our 2011 CR-V. Mike did a nice job of listening to my concerns and was able to work out a win-win deal that we are very satisfied with. The best match of vehicle and deal is the bottom line to us. Next is a sense that we are dealing with people we can trust to provide us with the best available financing and service. We have bought cars from many dealerships and often, unfortunately have not had this experience. We come back to Victory Plymouth because we are comfortable doing business there and sales staff like Mike Serra will not only keep our business but also will get business from our family and friends. Thanks also to Mark and a couple of other sales reps (one from my alma mater UofDetroit) for making my wife and I comfortable while we were processing the car deal. Joe Sabourin More
Eric Lacy was very helpful during my last several visits to Victory Honda for service on my 1995 Honda Odyssey. He explained in detail the problems with my vehicle and the repairs needed to keep it running to Victory Honda for service on my 1995 Honda Odyssey. He explained in detail the problems with my vehicle and the repairs needed to keep it running. I did not feel that he was trying to push repairs on me for the sake of earning the dealership more money. That was particularly true with my recent brake repairs. Both the ABS and BRAKE lights came on twice during extremely cold weather, although the vehicle still braked. After an assessment of the brakes, the mechanic suggested that the front and rear brake pads and rotors and the master brake cylinder be replaced, although there was no guarantee that replacing the brake cylinder was necessary. Something in the brakes may have temporarily frozen in the extreme weather triggering the brake lights or there could be a small fluid leak somewhere in the brake line. To repair all that the mechanic had suggested would have cost $2200. But the mechanic also suggested lesser options, which Eric and I discussed. In the end I decided repair the front brake, and Eric instructed me to keep the brake fluid topped off and showed me where to do that and even gave me a container of brake fluid. As someone who does freelance and temp work, I need reliable transportation, but I do not want to buy a new vehicle until it's absolutely necessary. Eric understands and is helping me achieve that. Because I was very happy with my experience with Wade in my previous visit, I asked for him as my service advisor for my 30K service. Wade is a fantastic service advisor. I worked in a service dept for 8 years in my past, and I am pretty critical. Bottom line he is attentive, honest and to the point. He offered a loaner, had it warmed and cleaned off for me upon my arrival. He surely makes customers feel like they are important. People like Wade are the number one reason I continue to buy my vehicles from Victory. More

Maureen set me up with a loaner and my car was ready later the same day. She was very helpful and gracious. She brought the loaner car into the service area for me and when my car was ready, she brough later the same day. She was very helpful and gracious. She also provided very specific information about what was wrong with my car that needed repair. In addition, she helped with two more minor problems (child safety lock on that I didn't realize and dome light). She's great. More
