When I met with my service advisor, he told me that the service may take up to 2.5 hours because of the construction. I found this comment to be peculiar given the fact that I had a reservation, and therefore there should be resources already allocated to my car being there and I'm not competing with other drop-ins. To be fair, the work took under 1.5 hours. When I arrived to pick up my car, it appeared that none of the service advisors acknowledged me right away, and it took for me to approach one of them to be noticed. Overall, this last experience left a lot to be desired. More

The salesperson misrepresented key details, the Due Bill falsely listed these items at no charge, and the legally required disclosure for the $1,295 Cardoc Connect app was never provided before signing. Even after filing a formal complaint, the dealership refuses to take responsibility. Management has ignored all attempts to resolve the issue. I’m still recovering from a serious car accident, and this dishonest treatment has only added emotional and financial harm. Do not trust this dealership. More

I trusted the estimate and waited the duration but it is still not done nearly 3 hours later. It’s now closing in on 4 hours (not including the drive time to the location).
