Lo más preocupante no fue solamente el problema con el vehículo, sino la manera en que el dealer decidió manejar la situación: poca disposición para encontrar una solución, falta de comunicación clara, respuestas contradictorias y una actitud que hace sentir al cliente completamente abandonado una vez que ya tienen su dinero. Uno espera que un dealer autorizado por Honda respalde la reputación de la marca y trate a sus clientes con seriedad. En este caso ocurrió exactamente lo contrario.
