Pésimo servicio, cero profesionalismo y una falta de responsabilidad que resulta verdaderamente decepcionante. Lo que debería haber sido una experiencia normal con un vehículo Honda terminó convirtiéndose en un problema tras otro, con una atención al cliente que deja muchísimo que desear. Lo más preocupante no fue solamente el problema con el vehículo, sino la manera en que el dealer decidió manejar la situación: poca disposición para encontrar una solución, falta de comunicación clara, respuestas contradictorias y una actitud que hace sentir al cliente completamente abandonado una vez que ya tienen su dinero. Uno espera que un dealer autorizado por Honda respalde la reputación de la marca y trate a sus clientes con seriedad. En este caso ocurrió exactamente lo contrario.
