I have brought it to your attention and you have told me there is nothing you can do even though the car had documented problems before the car was sold to me and we were not told of the problems but the car was in a repair shop 2 days before you sold me the car for the same problem. we experienced issues before the warranty ran out but we did not realize what it was until it had expired . I asked for assistance and was told No but it was noted to have sludge in the oil when you did the oil change you would have seen it but we were not told about the sludge

Hoping you have my case now. My story is He overpriced the car and when I find out he printed the dealership activated “car doc” w/c is a scam too. He activated the car doc after over a week and after questioning the amount in financing. He is after for my down payment. You beautiful business but sad I came across with this kind of people. I have to do my part to protect the public.
