I came in the Saturday before today’s appointment for some routine maintenance and was advised my rear brakes need replacement ASAP. Although they were willing to do the work that day I had other commitm some routine maintenance and was advised my rear brakes need replacement ASAP. Although they were willing to do the work that day I had other commitments and could not stay for this. So I scheduled a separate appointment for the following Thursday and they completed the work in about 2 hours while I waited - a reasonable wait - and was on my way. The brakes are performing great.
