very slow; the oil change was done with vehicle sitting ready to go for over 15 mins with no one coming to lounge to inform me; had I not went and asked why; who knows how much longer I would’ve waited pri ready to go for over 15 mins with no one coming to lounge to inform me; had I not went and asked why; who knows how much longer I would’ve waited prior to knowing it was ready.
