I asked to see damage to fuel tank. I was told the truck bed was not removed yet bet they would send me a photo of what they find. Ken was super easy to work with, an awesome guy I told him the situation I was in and wanted to see if it was possible to work out a deal. He was able to work a deal for me hassle-free and it was a great him the situation I was in and wanted to see if it was possible to work out a deal. I dealt with numerous Cleveland area Toyota dealers while I was looking for a 4Runner in this time of scarce vehicles. Metro Toyota was by far the best dealer to communicate with. Best experience I have had buying a car. You guys are great! I cannot remember everyone's names. I know the man who inspected my Ford gave the green light for increasing the trade-in value of my car. Sam IBrahim is not a typical salesman. He took time with me to explain what was going to happen at each step of the process. The man who thanked me from finance thanked me for what I do as a first responder and I was not expecting someone from a car dealership to take that extra step to ensure I was recognized-he said that the guy inspecting my trade-in gave the green light to increase my trade in value due to my being a first responder! Bob Albright was very efficient and we spent a lot of time together watching the blue wheel of xxxx on his computer screen! But he had more ways to work around the slowness of his computer and after some time, all paperwork, explanations and final adjustments were made-thank you Bob! Sam ended his night telling me about the features of the computer system of the car-a lot to go over! I love the car. Thank you everyone for your help and giving me a great deal during a difficult time due to shortages and higher costs. If there is anyone I forgot or could not find your name--thank you soooo much!
