I have been coming to Metro Toyota for years, but this latest service call was not great. I sent my daughter in with her care to have a recall done and to look at the power window not operating. $135 char latest service call was not great. I sent my daughter in with her care to have a recall done and to look at the power window not operating. $135 charge for diagnostic. then told that the window repair was and additional $950 and no guarantee that it would be fixed. that doesn't seem like a great answer an it certainly is a very costly estimate to repair 1 power window! disappointed. Brought in my wife's auto for an unscheduled front end emergency repair. I was informed it would require at least 2 hours to determine the damage. Waited in the customer room. Two hours later I got the ve emergency repair. I was informed it would require at least 2 hours to determine the damage. Waited in the customer room. I came to the Toyota dealer for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that the battery be checked. I had a past experience with a previously owned Camry in which I had the car in for a similar check. rotation and asked that the battery be checked. After I left the dealership I went to eat and found the battery was dead when I returned to the car. I called the dealership and was told to have it towed in. I could not do that because my husband was in the hospital and wanted to get to him. So I called AAA and they came out and replaced the battery for me. The timeline this time was about the same, i.e., between 4-1/2 and 5 years. The service technician told me that the battery was weak and had it replaced. Otherwise the amount of time for service was satisfactory. More
