Don't know - - there is no one on site qualified to look at it until5 days later!! So my super cool Supra is out of reach and maybe not worth having. Has any sales manager or the General Manager called me to say ANYTHING?? NOPE! I guess they just want to make the sale and then adios?! And leave me hanging and hoping for some sort of acceptable result! More

My experience with Metro Toyota was great, the first time I walked in, Mr. Robert Saponari greeted me and asked if he could assist me and he spent over an hour and a half, at least asking me questions to get I walked in, Mr. Robert Saponari greeted me and asked if he could assist me and he spent over an hour and a half, at least asking me questions to get as much information as he could in order to assist me properly. And even after I left with a plan to get the car I wanted, he kept in touch with me to give me updates (I sent him a couple of emails to give him more information). And he was not only able to get me the car I wanted, but helped with valuable information on finance options and even show me all the options & functions of the new car. P.S., this was my 2nd experience with Metro Toyota, I was trading in my old 2006 Camry Solara that I had gotten from Metro that had lasted over 15 yrs. More
