kept me waiting i went in for an oil change and some recall work. the service person wrote down my cell phone number and said would call when the work was done. i s i went in for an oil change and some recall work. the service person wrote down my cell phone number and said would call when the work was done. i sat in the waiting room 4 hours and couldn't take it any more and went back to check on my car. my service person was not there. no one was there except for one person. i asked if my car was finished and he looked up my paperwork and said my car was ready. later i learned that the service tech phoned my wife's phone instead of mine to say the car was ready. i estimate that i sat around an extra two hours because this idiot called the wrong phone number. this is the last time i go to metro toyota for anything. More

Excellent Sales Staff Was greeted immediately upon entering the showroom by receiptionist. Salesman Chris Ollar came out immediately to assist me. Upon taking delivery of my new car Chris pointed out all the new features, set my phone up for me and made me feel comfortable driving off the lot. More
