It was a real pleasure working with Sam Ibrahim during the purchase of my new Rav4. He was always very polite and patient during our interactions. He was willing to answer all my questions and was knowle the purchase of my new Rav4. He was always very polite and patient during our interactions. He was willing to answer all my questions and was knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle. He arranged for a tow as my trade-in 2006 Prius had a dead hybrid battery. At delivery of the Rav4, he took the time to carefully explain all the features on the vehicle and demonstrate how to utilize them. He really made for a very pleasant experience. In short, he covered everything! A real professional in my opinion! More

Just purchased new RAV4 Hybrid. I worked with Ramona who was phenomenal and so easy to work with during the car buying process providing the necessary information to assist with choosing the correct car, was phenomenal and so easy to work with during the car buying process providing the necessary information to assist with choosing the correct car, and never pushing or over selling. Ramona is a true advocate for her customers and works hard to facilitate the best deal possible! I would also like to recognize Chris, Sales Manager for lowering the price on the new RAV4 and increasing the value of my trade-in, and Jeremy , Business Manager for working the numbers to lower my cost.
