We first went to Metro in 1985 and bought a Camry. My wife and I have been Toyota owners ever since. A couple of times I purchased from another dealer...big mistake! I arrived a little early for my appointment and was immediately checked in for service. From beginning to end of service it took less than 45 minutes. However I was very, very, very disappointed with your total COVID-19 compliance for your employees i have been leasing my cars from you since 1999. However I was very, very, very disappointed with your total COVID-19 compliance for your employees., I could not believe the lack of caring or training/knowledge. Men going in the bathroom at the same time; no masks; dumping your old coffee over the counter into the sink; leaving a personal cup on the water cooler when going to the bathroom. Sales personal right next to the guest and not having a mask on. Washing cups etc. without gloves on............and more. A few were very trained and considerate...........but you only received 50% from me. I manage multi-family housing and we even take temps each day and wear masks (even) during leasing appointments. More
