I walked into Metro Toyota to check out a few models, as my current, non-Toyota, lease was about to end. Anastasia greeted me upon entrance to the building and was so awesome to work with! Everyone there my current, non-Toyota, lease was about to end. Anastasia greeted me upon entrance to the building and was so awesome to work with! Everyone there was actually really great to work with. Metro Toyota was the first dealership to actually work with me on numbers, instead of "oh sorry, that's what it is", or "you can put more money down to lower your payments to where you want them, or look at a lower-priced vehicle". I was appreciative that Chad in Management was willing to sit with my fiance and I to discuss our pricing needs, and make them work. I was also appreciative that Craig in Finance worked quickly to get us through all the paperwork, so we could get home. My very first car when I turned 16 was a used Toyota Corolla, and my very first brand-new car purchase after college was from Metro Toyota; a Scion TC. Though I have strayed from Toyota in my past few vehicles, I am glad to be back, and I am even more glad that I walked back into Metro Toyota, as my entire experience was fantastic! More
