Jenny (fantastic).answered and passed on to Dan (an owner who could not have been kinder to an out of state stranger with an old car). He told me to come by to see Dan. Dan had a medical appointment but told me Aaron would handle. Aaron got me a quick, fair price. As ssrvice was great and nice cars over at used cars I said.i was in the market for a used SUV. Aaron said you have to see this unique Highlander, it will move fast. Two hours later I happily shook hands with Aaron and the team (thanks Bob) after trading my Camry for a beautiful.Highlander (with Platinum extended protection). I have been to many dealers across the country and can recommend Metro without hesitation. You are in good hands Cleveland, visit Metro. Dan, as an aside I said I judge lots by how they treat any potential customer. My final proof of my sincerity is that I made a major purchase with them. Hats off in particular to Aaron - make sure you ask for him by name. You will be in fine hands. More
Technical issues Issues with the CarPlay not playing my audio books. Although the tech updated the software, the issues still exist. Perfect team service I really appreciate the true team spirit at Metro. I came in for a repair that turned out to be more than I wanted to invest. The service team member was fantastic talking me through options. When I mentioned thinking of trading in maybe in spring, she introduced me to Ken for possibilities of a new used car. Ken also supported service, reminding me that I didn't have to make a buying decision today if it wasn't the right day. Ken showed me options and I found one I liked and within hours I was driving my new car. All the paperwork flowed through effortlessly (on my part). It seemed I just sat still and everyone brought everything to me. While I was sitting and watching things around me, I heard a team member introducing a new person around and they were saying such supportive statements about how everyone would help the newer person with anything - he shouldn't worry about asking the wrong person - there wasn't anyone on staff who wouldn't help him. More

Extremely Satisfied Customer I was interested in a Toyota CH-R. After researching the vehicle online and asking a couple of different owners how they liked them, I went to Metro and test drove one. I loved the car and was able to reach a fair deal with them very quickly, unlike other dealers where I've spent the whole day without coming to an amicable deal, only to be called days later with a new offer they could have tendered while I was there. They don't waste your time playing games, and I've always felt I was treated very fairly. I received a good offer for my old car and by trading it in, I saved on taxes on my new car and didn't have the hassle of selling my car to strangers. Jim Greenfield is extremely fair and knowledgeable, he is always honest and upfront, the same with Barry Greenfield and Jeremy McClish. I have sent several friends and family members to Metro, and every single person has been extremely pleased with their experience and thanked me for recommending Metro. More
