Gary was by far the nicest and most well i my wife and i went to Metro Toyota where we were greeted by Gary Capper one of the dealers at Metro Toyota. Gary was by far the nicest and most well informed dealers we have ever met, he took his time to explain all the high technologies that Toyota had and how they worked. i was quite surprised that Gary did NOT try any high pressure sales pitches like at other dealers we have went to, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gary Capper and Metro Toyota to anyone that is looking to buy a used car. Highly professional All Metro Toyota staff was very helpful from my first inquiry, all the way through the whole process of finding the right car for me, pricing, financ All Metro Toyota staff was very helpful from my first inquiry, all the way through the whole process of finding the right car for me, pricing, financing and delivering. Ken Konopka was very patient with me. He took time to explain all new features on RAV4 Hybrid before and after test drive without being pushy. The final price was adjusted without any heckling. Once the purchase was completed Ken has spend time answering questions, showing all commands, emphasized safety features. Finally he connected my iphone (Apple and WiFi way), explained future appointments and congratulated me. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
