A bit disappointed. Well, this visit I had about $ 500 in repairs..... then got home and now I have issues with my tire warning light that I didn't even go in with. Seems like they did the tire rotation, then OVERFILLED the tires...... 33 PSI when the vehicle calls for 30 PSI. Now I cant get the warning light to re-set and go off. More

I have bought a few cars over the years from various dealers, but Mr. Capper by far was the best salesman in his straightforward manner, did the best he could to accommodate me in the purchase of the vehicle, and kept me up to date on everything over the course of 3 days. I don't know if there is a problem or if I am doing something wrong or if the controls on the steering wheel are not working like they should. New car purchase brought in 3 times for loud breaks I purchased my new car 7/2018 . I have brought car in 3 times in the short time I have had the car for load breaks. Now 6 months later still making t I purchased my new car 7/2018 . I have brought car in 3 times in the short time I have had the car for load breaks. Now 6 months later still making the noise, very embarrassing driving a new car and the breaks are loud enough to wake the neighbor leaving in the mornings. Told first visit is moisturizer on the breaks and last visit rust on the rotors will go away after it wears down. I have never had this problem on a new car, there is no fix for this problem other than time ? More
