Got me in & out quickly When I went to book my service appt on Dec 27, there were no openings until Jan 3. Very efficient at This was my first experience with your service department. I was impressed with how efficient your system is. I was met by an attendant when I drove This was my first experience with your service department. I was impressed with how efficient your system is. I was met by an attendant when I drove in. They walked me over to a person that listened to what I needed looked at. The first issue he took care of himself. He walked to my car I explained what was going on and after a few seconds he fixed the problem. Then my was taken to the bay for repair. I comfortably waited in the customer lounge. The coffee was great and short wait went by quickly. When the work was complete the attendant found me and explained in detailed what was found and repaired. It was a very good experience. More

Service exceeded my expectations The team at metro Toyota treated me like family. It started with me leaving Barry the owner a voicemail stating that I was looking to purchase a Tundr The team at metro Toyota treated me like family. It started with me leaving Barry the owner a voicemail stating that I was looking to purchase a Tundra for my husband’s Christmas present and needed to move rather quickly. I stopped by the dealership thirty minutes later. He had retrieved my message and assigned Kosta, a salesperson to work with me. Kosta and Barry made me feel welcomed even though I had interrupted their holiday party. Kosta was patient showing me multi trucks which included a drive around the lot. I found the perfect truck and picked it up a few days later. Kosta offered to come in on his day off to deliver the truck anywhere I wanted to take part in the surprise for my husband. They threw in a red bow and lunch bag. My husband LOVES his new truck and we plan to have it serviced at Metro Toyota. More
